Shipping Policy

All items that have been purchased will be subsequently delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer on the specific order form, but only after the full payment has been received.

All orders are processed in our lab. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery of all purchased items, there is a likelihood of delays as a consequence of poor weather conditions, governmental procedural complications, and other such reasons that we are not in control of. The shipping time specified is only an estimation and does not come with a guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or loss caused as a result of any delay of delivery.
